I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Technology, Eastern Kentucky University, and teach in the Construction Management program.

1982-1985, Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, U.S. Air Force Academy. Taught: Engineering Fundamentals (Honors and standard); Surveying and Construction Management; Engineer-In-Training Review; Engineering System Design; Elementary Structural Analysis; Statics and Dynamics; and Engineering Economy. Course directed: Engineering Fundamentals, Honors.

Professional Experience

U.S. Army Engineer Officer (LTC), 1973-1992. Served as: construction project inspector, assistant area engineer, project engineer, contracting officer, and deputy district engineer.
